The Village Hall is a registered charitable trust, administered by a Village Hall Committee. The Villagers' association was registered with the charity commission in 1987, and its governing document identifies all Hampton Bishop residents over 18 years old as "members".
There are many activities on a weekly and monthly basis. The Village Hall is also used for weddings, private parties, quiz nights, funeral gatherings, harvest suppers, brownies, quilting, bee keeping, ramblers, Hereford Caravan Club, Inner Wheel, North Hereford Farmers, parish council and council forums, choir and conferences/business meetings.

Ladies, gents and disabled W.C
Slabbed and porched area with benches
Children's play area
Main Hall £10.00 per hour / £12.00 at weekend - Villagers £7.50 per hour / £9.00 at weekend
Committee Room £7.50 per hour / £10.00 at weekend - Villagers £6.00 per hour / £7.00 at weekend
Weddings £250 per day - Villagers £200 per day
Marquee Surcharge £25.00
Other Functions £70.00 per day
Catering events (inc. use of kitchen & cooker) £10 per session
Glasses Hire £10.00 per session
