SATURDAY MARKET

In September 2022, we launched our Saturday Market at Hampton Bishop Village Hall.  This was supported and well attended by the local community and further afield!  Through these events, we aim to provide a regular opportunity for the community to come together, support local businesses and fundraise for the village hall.  All proceeds and donations from go towards helping to keep our community hall running and open! 

Please join us at our future events - a great way to support us and local businesses by doing a bit of shopping and to have a catch up in our pop-up community café!  If you are able to donate a cake  for the community café or prize for the raffle, please email us at hamptonbishophall@gmail.com.

We are hoping to host a variety of stalls at each event.  If you are interested in taking part,  please complete the registration form below.  We will be in contact in advance of each event to confirm stall bookings and dates. 

TIMETABLE FOR EACH EVENT

• 9:30am-10am - arrive and setup produce (tables & chairs will be setup ready and floorplan provided)
• 10am-1pm - Open to public
• 1pm-1:30pm - take down stall and put chairs & tables away

Vendors will be allocated a table upon arrival and may bring tabletop display stands to adapt the space.   The market will take place in the main hall. A seated refreshment/community café area will be setup by the serving hatch.   Please promote the event to help increase footfall.

We ask that vendors help promote each event as much as possible to help increase footfall.  If you have a shop or website, you may wish to take orders in advance and use the Saturday Market as a pickup location.  HBVA will promote each event via word of mouth, our local magazine which goes to over 200 houses, posters and social media (including WhatsApp groups & email).

• 4ft Table £10
• 4ft Table & Floor Stand Space £15

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Non-refundable stall fee payable in advance of each event by BACS to secure place.
• Vendors are responsible for the setting up/taking down & supervision of stall.
• Please give 48 hours’ notice (where possible) if unable to attend.
